Come live in this unicorn of a home in south/east Williamsburg near the Broadway Triangle! This is truly a great space in a convenient location.
You’ll have a 13’x8’, 115 sq.ft. room that is spacious enough to fit a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a small desk. The room has a large closet.
There is one short flight of stairs that you’ll take to enter the apartment.
Your roommate, with whom you will share a bedroom wall, is a professional Black/Latina woman in her 30’s who works mostly from home and enjoys exploring all the city has to offer.

* 15 minute train ride into Manhattan
The Space:
* In-unit washer/dryer
* Large furnished living room
* Dishwasher
* One small shared storage closet
* Full-size refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker
* Shared bathroom
* Pets are not allowed
Fees:
* Gas and water are included in the rent
* Tenants pay for internet ($30/month each)
* Tenants pay for electric (This varies from $70- $100/month each)

(There is no smoking of any kind allowed INSIDE the unit as the smell will permeate the entire home. If you smoke, it must be outside, away from the windows and doors.)
* Due to allergies, we can’t use scented candles or scented plug-ins in the house. Are you ok with this?
* What is your ideal relationship with your housemates like?
* Do you cook? If so, how often and what kind of food?
* How often do you have company over?
* Do you have furniture that you intend to put in shared spaces? If so, what?
* How often do you have overnight guests who would need to use the shared shower?

I work in public relations and enjoy creative endeavors like photography and videography. I enjoy taking dance classes, lifting weights, and exploring different neighborhoods.

A deposit of one month’s rent will be required prior to the move-in date.
