This is the quintessential 2 bed, one bath Brooklyn loft - a converted fruit storage warehouse from 1930s! The design aesthetic is bright, clean, California modern with colorful, funky art and unique items from my travels. This open-living concept offers lounge space with a huge, comfy leather couch as well as a large dining table that seats 8. The kitchen includes fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher (rare for NY!). In-unit washer + dryer make for easy living. My home is very loved and well taken care of and I’m looking for conscientious renters who are keen on doing the same.
