Spacious garden-level unit in a small, quiet building on a gorgeous brownstone block. One BR plus office! The office and living room are an open floorplan situation, but are both large, distinct rooms. Ideal for one person or for a couple.
Dishwasher, laundry in building, comfy queen bed. Shared yard with a small patio that’s private to my unit. Two blocks from F and G trains. It’s the Brooklyn dream, TBH!
Potentially open to an LA swap if the stars align. (Your home would have to be dog friendly and a <30 min drive to Studio City.) Let me know!
Accessibility:
The apartment is on the garden level, four steps down from the sidewalk. Laundry is in the basement, a full flight of stairs down. Bathroom is on the smaller side if mobility is a concern -- please let me know if you need dimensions or other info!

Please be willing to provide one or two personal references and have a short chat with the landlords, who live in the building and must approve all subletters. They're a pleasant older couple who live upstairs, and have always been accommodating to building guests.
Pets Policy
This is a great dog apartment and neighborhood. Your trained, people-friendly pet is welcome too, pending landlord approval. I'm sorry to say that the building has a no-pitbull policy -- one that I strongly disagree with, but unfortunately it's not within my control.
