I am contemplating the move from Oakland to Brooklyn. Looking for either a subletter or a swapper for my sweet home as I test out living on the east coast for a few months. Perhaps you are interested in a Bay Area landing pad, a creative retreat, or a change of scenery?

Dates are flexible on start and end times, though thinking November 1 - Jan 1. Open to longer / shorter. Feel free to reach out if your dates don't exactly match.

- Sonos speakers and an abundance of space for spontaneous dance parties

*Walking distance to Lake Merritt, BART, Ferry System, restaraunts, bars, jazz club, yoga studio, gyms, etc...

Ideally looking for 1 person or a couple for the duration of the stay. There is some flexibility on sublet dates, happy to talk more!
