We would love to host you in our East Williamsburg home!

Our ideal sublet would be staying a minimum of one month between the beginning of July and the end of August. We are flexible with dates.

This is a single family home with 3 bedrooms and a livable attic space. We are looking to rent the finished attic which is roomy with full size bed, desk and storage.

You will have access to the majority of the house. Full kitchen with dishwasher and laundry. There are two bathrooms, one with stand up shower on second floor, the other with shower and tub on the ground floor. A private, spacious backyard is on the ground level.

Located on a quiet street, our house is a 5 minute walk to the L train which will get you to the heart of Williamsburg, Bushwick or Lower Manhattan in minutes.

You're also a few minutes walk to a Whole Foods Urban Market, plenty of trendy coffee shops and restaurants, Cooper Park and more!
