If you're looking for a lot of space and convenient transportation for a stay in NYC this summer, we have a truly special house available!

It’s in one of the best locations for families in NYC— around the corner from Prospect Park on a quiet street. Next to an amazing coffee shop, bookstore, and yoga studio. A block from a highly rated public elementary school. It's one block into Windsor Terrace from the border of Park Slope. Also a block from the F train— very easy to commute from here.

The house is absolutely huge— there is a formal living room, a playroom in the basement, and an extra room upstairs we use for kids reading and relaxing.

The architectural details, including stained glass windows and parquet floors, add to the beauty of the place.
There is a great back deck and a YARD! Washer and dryer in the basement, and a new dishwasher.

This place is a gem in the city. We’re looking for responsible people who will love it as much as we do.

*Please note: the bed in the 4th bedroom on the first floor (with its own bathroom) is a queen sized sofa bed.
