Light travels along the length of this furnished apt throughout the day, there's a mix of hardwood floors & cozy rugs, and Wifi/Utilities are included in the price. There are unique features like stained glass, tin ceilings, & vintage light fixtures. The space is clean & full of sentimental items, so I'll be looking for someone trustworthy, tidy, and on the quieter side. I am an artist and arts advocate, so if you are looking for a creative retreat (or you've got parents coming in town for the holidays), this is the spot for you!

Located on tranquil Guernsey Street (the tree arch is IG-worthy), you'll be within walking distance of a laundromat, post office, yummy restaurants, and several parks. You're right around the corner from the G train and near the East River where you can catch some amazing sunsets & views of the city on your evening strolls. A 15 min walk away is stylish Williamsburg with the L train, Trader Joes, and fancy schmancy shopping (if that's your thing).

*ADA Accessibility - there are a few stairs to get into the building & no elevator to reach the higher floors. Doorways are 30" wide & there is a small step into the standing shower (no tub). An air filter is provided.

I've been a tenant in this building for 8 years & am a Greenpoint super fan. I work as the Community Arts Organizer for District 50's Assemblyperson Emily Gallagher, so if you're curious about local resources, please ask!

My good friend/college roommate Danny (he/him) will be just down the street if you need anything or have any questions about the space. (His parents often stay in the apt while I'm away so they can get some quality time with their Grandbaby!) There is also a building super who lives on site & manages the trash/recycle. Keys are available in a lockbox outside for easy check-in.
