I’ve lived in the apartment for 8 years. I’m a business consultant who loves to travel. I’m looking for someone to rent who is clean and sensitive to spaces. We can meet on Zoom to do a walk-through and answer any questions you may have.
I ask that you provide a copy of your driver's license or, if you are an international guest, then your passport.
Additionally, I require a $500 deposit and sublease agreement.
And I ask that you leave the apartment in the same (clean) condition you found it.
