I live in a 700 sq. ft. 1BD/1BA top floor apartment with tons of natural light and beautiful views of both Brooklyn and Manhattan. The open layout includes a spacious living area, a well sized bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator and oven. Building is also an elevator building.

The Neighborhood —
Neighborhood is extremely walkable, with plenty of restaurants and cafes all along Franklin Ave and Washington Ave. My place is centrally located and only 1 block away from the 2/3/4/5/S trains at Franklin Ave (a short 20 minute ride to Manhattan). Some nearby attractions include Brooklyn Museum (5 minute walk), Brooklyn Botanical Gardens (5 minute walk), Prospect Park (15 minute walk), Grand Army Farmers Market (15 minute walk).

No washer/drying in unit. Laundromat and grocery store are one short block away.

Utility and cleaning fee are included in the price.
No smoking, no pets.

I love the space I've created in my apartment and am looking for someone who will enjoy it and treat it with cleanliness, courtesy and respect.
