About This Lister

I am the owner. I do not live onsite, but tenants can contact me directly (by phone, email or text) about any maintenance issues or questions. Depending on the issue, I will resolve it myself or bring in the right person—plumber, electrician, etc. In addition, I make sure that the general upkeep of the building is taken care of.
