I'm looking to sublet my apartment on the 2nd floor with high ceilings in beautiful Carroll Gardens. The bedroom overlooks back gardens and there's a large bathroom and small guest bathroom as well as a fireplace.
The space gets plenty of light and is clean, uncluttered and serene. I have a washer/dryer and dishwasher and a video projector for streaming.
I'm a 7 minute walk from the F/G subway, close to many cafes, restaurants and specialty food stores along Court and Smith streets. It's a short walk to the Columbia waterfront, Red Hook and Gowanus.

I'm hoping to sublet for 3 weeks but open to considering a shorter time frame. Utilities and Wi-fi included. I pay my cleaner $120 every fortnight so that's a little extra. I'd appreciate 50% payment up front and a brief video chat before we confirm.
