ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT AVAILABLE: 05/06/26 – 08/23/26

We are ideally looking for someone to stay for the full duration.

We are located in Lefferts Gardens (visual artist and musician couple), right by Prospect Park, just around the corner from the Prospect Park subway station (Q & B trains). It takes approximately 17 minutes to reach Union Square, Manhattan. The location is truly excellent—green, quiet, and very well connected.

Prospect Park is one of the highlights of the neighborhood, especially in the summer, with lots of space to relax, walk, bike, and enjoy outdoor life. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is 5 minutes away, and the Brooklyn Farmers Market (Saturdays) is about a 15-minute walk. Down the street, near the subway entrance, you will find many restaurants, markets, shops, and coffee places.

The apartment is a very spacious one-bedroom with a comfortable king-size DreamCloud bed, with freshly washed sheets and pillowcases. We recently upgraded to a new mattress for extra comfort. The apartment also includes a piano and a bicycle available for use.

Please note the apartment is older and does not have a dishwasher or in-unit laundry, but there is a laundromat one minute away. There is also a super in the building (Monday–Friday) if anything is needed. We keep the space very clean and expect the same from guests—no shoes inside, and food only in the kitchen to maintain cleanliness.

Utilities are included in the rent, and a $1,500 deposit is required.
