Apartment has new combo W/D, central heat, dish washer, fully stocked kitchen. Large windows in bedroom and living room. Very spacious one bedroom. 4th floor walkup, but the very top of the building. Huge TV, well stocked kitchen, Tempur-Pedic Mattress! Desk with monitor and ergonomic chair, great for working from home.

$4000 for the month. Would prefer a single tenet, but open to couples. (INCLUDES ALL UTILS & WIFI although abnormally excessive use will be required to pay any additional costs) I am looking for someone extremely responsible, enjoys a quiet peaceful home, and will take great care of my apartment.

Please do not apply if you are someone who enjoys hosting parties and playing loud music. This is a small building with QUIET and very respectful amazing neighbors.
