I'm going out of town and am subletting my spacious bedroom and private bathroom in East Williamsburg three blocks from the Montrose L train. Third floor walk-up.

The room is furnished with a desk, dresser, large closet, and full-sized bed. Our apartment is equipped with internal heat.

Our kitchen is very large, and our living room is spacious with a couch and projector. The windows in the bedroom and living room are massive. Kitchen has a dishwasher and large refrigerator. We have no oven, but we do have a stovetop, toaster oven, and fry cooker.

The neighborhood is clean and has many bars and restaurants, and we live above a bodega and Thai restaurant.
