Laundry/Grocery is right around the corner. 10min walk to G & C trains. 5 min walk to HVK park.
You'll be splitting the space & utilities with the current tenant.

You'll need to demonstrate proof of income (tax returns/last 2 paystubs/bank statements). You'll provide a security deposit the value of one month's rent that will be returned so long as the room is in the same condition as when entered and rent is paid in full.
There is some flexibility in terms of the sublease period, inquire if necessary.
