The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath located on the third floor of a house (no elevator). The common areas of the apartment are furnished, while the room itself will be unfurnished (there can be bed frame and mattress if needed). Laundry is available in the basement with a washer and dryer.

The apartment is shared with two very nice male roommates in their 30s. We are looking for someone to take over the room with a long-term commitment of 14 months. Rent is $1,270 per month, with a $1,270 security deposit required to move in, no credit check, just the sublease agreement.
