Hi all! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 2BR/1BA in Bed-Stuy from Feb 1 (flexible) – July 31.
$1500 + utilities (~$50–60) per month

Utilities + WiFi usually come to around $60–80/month, depending on the season.
Move-in cost: First month + deposit.

Location:
• 10 min walk to Utica A/C
• 10 min walk to Kingston–Throop C
Close to Saraghina, Chez Oskar, LunÀtico, Frog, Trad Room, and lots of great bars + restaurants.
Apartment features:
• A/C + Heat unit in each room
• Laundry in building
• Gas stove/oven
• Microwave
• 2nd floor of a 4-floor walkup

The room:
Spacious 91 sqft, fits a queen, desk, dresser, bookshelf, etc.
Huge double-door closet with plenty of storage.
Two windows facing the Halsey St Community Garden, beautiful views in summer.

The room will be unfurnished, but I’m open to selling items if needed.

Who you'll be living with:
A — 24, male, works in the fashion industry. Friendly, easy-going, works in SoHo 5 days a week. Chill, respectful, clean.
