We have one bedroom available from Jan 1st in our 3BR2B apartment in Williamsburg.

Our roommate is moving back home, so we’re looking for a new roomie beginning January 1st (the move-in date is flexible since the room is already empty).

The room comes with a bed, which you can keep. If you don’t want it, we’ll remove it.

About the apartment:
Spacious living area (fully furnished), balcony, in-unit laundry, A/C, storage room, dishwasher, etc.

About the building:
Mailroom, gym, elevator, rooftop (with Manhattan view)

10 min walk to Bedford and/or Lorimer (L train) and 5 min walk to Marcy (J train).

About us:
We're both in our mid to late 20's, and work at the same startup (so we're mostly at work).

We'd like to keep the apartment clean and usually don't bring the party home (given our busy work schedules).
