This space in the heart of Gramercy park is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants, next door to a quaint little park, and just a 7-minute walk from Union Square.
The room is on the third floor of a vibrant and intentional living community of 25 New Yorkers, ranging in ages of 20-85. In a beautiful brownstone house, this community cultivates values of simplicity, peace, integrity, equality and stewardship. Chef-prepared meals are provided Sunday through Thursday, costs of which are included in rent. There are both washing machines and dryers in the house. Rent includes utilities, wifi and food, making it one of the most affordable spaces in the neighborhood. The house has a side deck, rooftop, and an outdoor patio.
The room has a lofted full-sized bed, with a queen-sized bed on the ground level. It comes fully-furnished with mattresses, a built-in desk, and floor lamps. Other benefits of the room include a sink and plenty of closet (x2) and shelf space. Residency also includes access to a New York Times subscription and delivery of the New Yorker magazine.
Please reach out if you interested in this beautiful space for February and March!

Potential subletters will need to attend an interview with the house via Zoom. A security deposit of $300 is required, and the renter will need to read the house manual and sign the community agreement.
