Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over the open bedroom in my super cute 2BR apartment in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy starting June 1 (or earlier if needed). It’s a 12-month lease and just a quick 5-min walk to the Gates J train stop.

The apartment gets a ton of natural light, has a dishwasher, loads of kitchen storage, and a shared coat closet. The building is pretty new and comes with a gym, elevator, laundry in the building, package room, and a massive rooftop with great skyline views 🥰 We have a live-in super who’s super on top of things and there is a grocery store on the first floor of the building. Utilities (electric + wifi) are usually around $50 each per month.

The room is pretty big and fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, two nightstands, and has a full closet with a shelf and hanging space. There's also another closet in the living room for extra coats or anything else you may want to store. The common areas are already furnished, but down if you wanna add your own art. Sadly, no pets :(

Would love to live with a mid to late 20s woman who’s friendly, chill, clean, and respectful. The apartment so cozy and relaxed, and I’d love to live with someone who’s into continuing that vibe. I’m pretty balanced—enjoy solo time but also down to chat or hang out here and there.

I am 27 years old and I work in nonprofit advertising. I go into the office 1-2 days a week and sometimes go to work at a coffee shop for a few hours during the day. I like to go to workout classes nearby, try new restaurants go see movies with friends. I like to cook and happy to have a roommate that also cooks a lot, though am looking for someone who will help to keep the kitchen clean. On weekends, I usually go out one night and stay in one night on average, and run errands or see friends during the day. I usually wake up on weekdays anywhere between 6 and 7 am and sleep in later on weekends. Looking for someone to split cleaning kitchen and bathroom and split up paying for shared items like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper etc. I'm happy to be quieter and keep to myself or get to know my new roommate, just depends on the vibe and the person!
