About the roomies
Hi everyone! My current roommate, Camryn and I are currently looking for one person to join us at our apartment. Our current 3rd roommate is unfortunately no longer able to stay, and we’re hoping to find someone to fill her room to sooner rather than later!
We’re both pretty chill and find ourselves splitting the common room on days when one or the other may be at the office. We’re both artists and creatives at heart, and would love to find someone that knows how to respect a shared space, each other, and can both hold and maintain accountability.
We’re looking for someone clean, chill and communicative (preference for but not limited to queer/women/bipoc folx) to continue building our home with. Friends are a bonus! We both work in corporate, and sometimes from home, but we both enjoy spending time here as much as we can. We don’t often have too many guests or large gatherings, but we try to communicate whenever we’re expecting to have someone over.

About the room
We’re in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood with (very) nearby access to the nearest 2/5 train and about a 20 minutes or less of a walk to Prospect Park with so many places nearby to eat! Trash is removed by management 3 times a week and packages are often secured by our downstairs neighbors if no one is home.
* $1525/month + utilities
* Refundable security deposit
The room includes a private bathroom, an average sized closet and comes with separate heat/cooling. Utilities (not included in listing price) range from $70-$250 per person and the lease ends 3/31/26. One month security deposit. Potential for a signing on the renewal as well with good credit and guarantors. We live near a hospital and can sometimes hear ambulances nearby, but the common space, access to a combo/washer dryer, dishwasher, and filtered water refrigerator have made it worth it!
