- Split AC/heating units in both bedroom and living room
- Garden (only door exit is through my room but happy to let you through!)
- Water included, I pay wifi since I need it for work :) We'll split electric

No pet rent! Ollie gets along pretty well with other dogs, has never met a cat so I'm not sure how he would do.
