I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bd/1ba in Bed-Stuy. I’ve lived in this apartment nearly three years and love it. It’s super charming and close to a lot of good restaurants, and there’s a grocery store right on the corner. Rent is $1500, plus around $85 in utilities.

The available room is spacious, has a closet, and can comfortably fit a bed, desk, drawers, and nightstand. The windows face south, which means a lot of great natural light.

The building is a quiet, walk-up brownstone located right on the A/C, and the G is a 10-minute walk away, so it's very easy to get to Manhattan. There’s no in-building washer/dryer, but there are two laundromats less than two minutes away. No pets allowed, sadly!

I’m a woman in my mid-20s and work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office/2 days from home). I like to keep things clean, though a dish or two in the sink doesn’t bother me :). I’m not one to bring the party home, but I love to host book club, dinner, or movie or craft night every once in a while! And I like to be social with my roommate.
