Hi, I’m an Acupuncturist with my own business in Bushwick. I am hoping to rent out the extra bedroom and share the lease in my apartment. The bedroom has a large closet and shelves and two big windows. It’s the same size as mine & I have a queen size bed & two dressers. I included pictures of my room so you could see the setup.
About the location: The Jefferson stop on the L is the closest train. The M is a 15 minute walk. Maria Hernandez park is one block away and so is City Fresh Grocery. There’s plenty of fun things to do in the neighborhood.
Building/ Apartment vibe: It’s a clean and chill apartment and building. Two cats also live here but they keep to themselves.
Move in is ASAP (would be prorated for June.) Feel free to ask me any questions! Security deposit and first month’s rent needed & you must be on the lease. 40x rent for your half would be required by the landlord not me.
