Large furnished room with queen size bed & private bathroom is available in this peaceful and beautiful apartment overlooking Salem Woods and close to many public beaches. Apartment is shared with the owner (me!) who is away 1/2 of each month. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an elevator building located in the Village at Vinnin Square condo complex which is a quiet community very close to shopping and entertainment of downtown Salem. There is ample storage in the rental bedroom with a huge walk in closet and convenient free parking in a large lot adjacent to the building. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and the kitchen has a large fridge and dishwasher. There is a large granite island for casual meals and dining table in the living room with a cozy love seat and couch for lounging with a book or in front of the TV. The sunny balcony is great for morning tea/coffee and also has a grill. I’m hoping to find a professional or student who values a clean, quiet, and peaceful co-living situation and can help with taking care of some plants while I’m away.

I'm a 51 years old and originally from Russia but moved to the US at age 8 and grew up on the North shore. I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and have been dedicated to sexual and reproductive health care for 25+ years in both clinical and public health roles. Right now I split my time between clinical and public health work and live between NYC and Massachusetts 1/2 time in each place. I use she/her pronouns and speak fluent Russia & Spanish . I enjoy going to the beach in the summertime and relaxing on the big pink living room couch in the winter.
