I’ve loved living in this apartment, it is a bright, comfortable space that’s been my sanctuary and workspace. I’ve taken great care of it, keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming. This is a temporary sublet, as I’ll be away for work for approximately 4–6 months before moving back in. I may be interested in extending the sublease agreement for a little longer after the 4-6 months. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and respect the apartment as much as I have.
The Sublessee must sign a Sublet Agreement prior to taking possession of the apartment. No occupancy is permitted until this agreement is fully executed by both parties.
The Sublessor may enter the apartment from time to time, provided reasonable notice is given to the Sublessee, for the purpose of retrieving or relocating personal belongings.
1. Premises
The Sublessor agrees to sublet the premises located at:

2. Term
The Sublease will begin on 12/01/2025 and end no earlier than 03/31/2026 (minimum 4-month term). Any extension must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Rent & Payment
● Monthly Rent: $2,600.00
● Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month
● Payment Method: Zelle or Venmo
4. Security Deposit
The Sublessee shall pay a security deposit of $[1,000] upon signing this Agreement. The deposit will be returned 5 days after the end of the sublease, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
5. Utilities & Wifi
Included in rent: con edison, national grid & Wifi service
6. Responsibilities
Sublessee shall maintain the Premises in good condition and is responsible for any damage caused during the sublease term.
Sublessee may not make alterations to the Premises without written consent.
7. Use of Premises
The Premises shall be used for residential purposes only and may only be occupied by the Sublessee. No sub-subletting is permitted.
