We have a large bedroom available in our 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

The bedroom is spacious and bright with a bounty of closet space. It comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, night stands, and a reading chair.

This is a 4th floor walk up in a ~40 unit building. We are a 5 minute walk to the 2/5 trains and a 15 minute walk to the B/Q (and beautiful Prospect Park). The neighborhood is a calm, intergenerational neighborhood with Caribbean food and culture abounding. A walk down the block takes you to Nostrand Ave with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. A laundromat is located 200 meters down the street.

Ideal sublessors will stay from November 15 - March 15. We have flexibility on start and end dates. Please reach out to discuss other options!

You will be living with a kind 26 y/o femme artist/barista and her two cats. She is often out for work and, when home, has their head in a sketchbook or making music (quietly). The house culture is mellow and respectful.
