Beautiful apartment with big windows and wooden floor. One bedroom & living room with sleeping option, balcony and spacious kitchen available in the heart of Neukölln, Berlin, just off Rixdorfer.

Neukölln is a vibrant neighborhood, filled with a great selection of restaurants, fresh markets, cafes and bars. Rixdorf is a historical area with wonderful XVII architecture, perfect for cute walks and charming evenings.

The apartment consists of two separate rooms, one bedroom with a large Queen bed, a living room with a desk, sofa and foldable sofa with option of sleeping for two. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with comfy bathtub. Our balcony is a wonderful place for evening dates. It is home for a few plants. If you could water them we would be very grateful :)

Our apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Canal, and a 5-minute walk to the Rathaus Neukölln and Karl Marx metro station on the U7 line. Around 20 min walk to Tempelhof field.

The apartment is on the third floor, ensuring sunny days. Our space is very well organized and we’re both very tidy so you will feel for sure comfortable. Fresh bedding and towels will be provided. We will share our clean and comfortable home suited for both work and relaxation for your stay in Berlin.

Features include high-speed internet at 1000mb/sec, a xiaomi projector, as well as a washing machine, and juicer.

We are keen on short rental periods - we are often not in Berlin and we can rent on different dates - write to us about availability.
July from 21-31 is definitely free, then flexible dates around August 4-18.
