Hi! This is for a 3 bedroom furnished apartment on the Upper East Side in Carnegie Hill. Available starting February 19th (or up to a week earlier) through April 5th but also with a potential option to extend through mid May. Dates are flexible!

Huge sized living room, with three large bedrooms that each fit a queen size mattress, laundry in basement. On Madison Avenue, a block from Central Park. This apartment comes fully (and nicely) furnished with: large sectional sofa, dining table and chairs, TVs, standing desk and chair, all kitchen appliances (including a pebble ice machine), a crib, and 2 queen sized beds/mattresses. The apartment is very well laid out. We’ve never had any bug or pest issues. It’s up 3 flights of stairs. Very close to the 96th street 6 subway line and reasonably close to the Q with lots of bus options. The location is technically on the "museum mile" so there are many museums to see during your stay. 1 block from Central Park, close entrance to the reservoir. A great playground 1 block away as well. Landlord is great. Super lives in the building and is very responsive. It’s a great apartment and we will miss it for a couple of months!
