I'm a documentary film maker / software developer from New Zealand. I live mostly in NYC. I typically share the apartment with my girlfriend here, but she also has her own place.
Norman, the cat pictured will not be here while I'm away, but please bear in mind that a cat has lived in this apartment if you have allergies.

Subleasing while I'm away in New Zealand. Ideal person would be good with house plants, and planning to stay the full 4 months (Oct, November, December, Jan). Move in earlier - anytime after 22nd Sept is possible, and end dates for January could be flexible if you don't want to stay whole month.

1 month rent as security, and rent due monthly in advance at start of month.
Does not include utilities, internet is $35 for T-Mobile unlimited, and Coned ranges from $150-250 depending on how much you use heat / AC.
