My place is a quiet + spacious 2BR that I've rented with a roommate since August since 2021. It's 2 blocks from the subway (Graham Ave stop on the L train) has an elevator in the building an in unit-washer dryer and a balcony. The kitchen is great, the whole place is phenomenal.

I'm looking for a new roommate to take the smaller of the two rooms. I lived in this smaller room for the past two years so can answer any questions about it. There's a space for a desk and since there's no closet in the room, I bought a hanging rack that has worked well for me.
