Ideally looking for 1-2 people, close friends or a couple. Open to a small family.

We're very tidy people & looking for someone who is also tidy and respectful of our space. We have a lot of vintage furniture, so we'd ask that you're careful and use coasters, etc.. No parties & no cigarette smoke indoors please.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Super Walkable
There are a TON of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores on Hillhurst, a main drag just 2 blocks from our house. Jeni's ice cream is on the nearest corner.

Walk another 5-7 minutes and you have Vermont Ave, with the Los Feliz 3 movie theater, Skylight bookstore, and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Another 10 minute walk will lead you to the Vista movie theater & more coffee shops and popular second-hand shopping.

Easy car access to Hollywood, downtown, Silver Lake, and Echo Park. Near the 5 highway & Griffith Park!

CAT
Ideally looking for someone who is a cat lover. Willing to take $ off the total cost. Our cat, Binks, is 9 years old & super chill. Her litter box is automatic, so you won’t have to deal with that at all. But she will need to be fed and loved on! If we can’t find someone willing to take care of her, she could go stay with my best friend, but I’d rather not uproot her!

PLANTS
Would love if someone could water our plants 1 or 2 times over the 3 ish weeks we are gone. Can take a little $ off for this as well.

No other pets allowed unfortunately, Binks likes to fly solo.

Would love your socials when you reach out and then a quick FaceTime to meet you. We'll ask for a deposit and for you to sign a standard sublet agreement, etc..
