Position Summary:
The Staff Recruitment Manager (SRM) at Future Centered Care will be responsible for the oversight and management of recruitment of 1:1 support staff for our community of clients. The SRM will report directly to the Operations Manager. A successful SRM will collaborate with our team of case managers to understand their Client’s staffing needs and get to know our clients to best find 1:1 matches.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the FCC staffing process, ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner, strong and qualified candidates are presented.
- Hold a small caseload of staffing focused clients.
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws while upholding ethical, transparent, and inclusive standards; integrate these practices into FCC policies and train the team in their implementation.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships, focusing on building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Partner with FCC Case Managers to tailor, post, and monitor listings to source appropriate candidates and ensure staffing needs of our diverse client population are met.
- Identify and manage a database of staff candidates and strategically present/match candidates to clients based on interests and skills
- Meet and get to know our community of clients to explain our recruitment process and to better understand their specific staffing needs.
- Oversee training and onboarding of new staff to meet FCC standards and client expectations, and prepare employment contracts customized for each client.
- Design, implement, and facilitate ongoing training programs for FCC coaches and staff.
- Oversee staff recruitment budget and provide necessary reports to understand expenses.
- Regularly review and update hiring practices to align with evolving compliance standards and industry best practices.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience
- At least 1-3 years of client facing work
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Strong verbal skills and comfort in speaking with potential candidates by phone and on zoom
- Detail oriented and meticulously organized
- Strengths in building and developing systems to organize candidate information
- Collaborative nature
- Personal or professional connection to the disability community a plus
- Past experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) a plus
