This is a Jr 1bd/1ba standalone back house with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchenette including a stove top (and air fryer :), and laundry included.
Walking distance to Sunset Blvd restaurants, shops, and coffee.
Sunset Junction: 3 min drive // 20 min walk
Silverlake Resevoir: 2 min drive // 15 min walk

About This Lister
I work in fashion and am a photographer as well. I will be out of the country for work for the Month of January, but always available by whatsapp to answer any questions you have about the space, the neighborhood, etc.
I live full time on the property.

The landlord lives in the front house with her small dog and works from home. We both work in the entertainment industry / Fashion space and like to keep it pretty low key during the week, although we enjoy a glass of wine in the back yard with friends!
Looking for a quiet and respectful renter to take over my space while I am gone and can be a bit flexible on dates if needed.
