We are renting out a second floor studio apartment in a multi-unit building halfway between Saugerties and Woodstock.
The apartment has hardwood floors and a separate galley kitchen. There is a washer / dryer in the building.
Tenant pays electricity and heat / cooking gas. Apartment is not furnished.
