I am looking for a new subtenant for my fully furnished home in Berlin. This space is perfect for a single creative or couple looking to live in one of the cities most sought after neighborhoods. The apartment is in one of Berlins famous older buildings with wooden floors, beautiful high ceilings and it comes with a balcony. The layout of the space is particularly nice for a Studio Apartment because it has a separate kitchen and even a separate entryway/ hall. As for amenities, you will have a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bathtub, high-speed Internet, floor to ceiling windows and the balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped, you'll not only have an electric kettle and a toaster but also a juicer, smoothie-maker, coffee grinder and some other goodies. The apartment is located in a quiet street even though you'll live in a neighborhood ("Boxhagener Kiez") full of coffee places, restaurants and boutiques. There are many parks close-by, the closest being only a 3min walk away. (Organic) grocery stores, the public bike station, subway and train-station are also all close-by.

It’s important I find respectful and kind people (person) due to the nature of the space having original artwork and priceless possessions. It's my home and while I'm gone I want to know it's in good hands. :)
