It is in an 18 unit apartment building in a great area of town, quiet with a beautiful park nearby and plenty of shopping and good public transportation, right behind U7 Bayerisher Platz subway.

I am from Los Angeles and have been in the international film business since 1985. I bought this beautiful apartment in Berlin when I sold my company, FilmFinders, the film industry's first database for acquisitions and programming in 2008 to IMDb, an Amazon company. I live in it six months of the year and lease it out the rest of the time. The neighbors are very nice, do not bother you, and are all very quiet, but are there if you need anything. My next door neighbor, a doctor, has my spare key. We take packages for each other when deliveries are made.
