Hi! I'm leaving town for work and would love to fill the space with someone who can take care of my sweet studio while I'm away. It's a gated community in the heart of West Hollywood. I've been here four years and love it dearly.

Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Targét, a park with a track, hiking at Runyon Canyon, centrally located

Gated with a nice courtyard

$1,850/month, utilities included. I ask for a security deposit of half the rent that includes a non-refundable $125 cleaning fee. The remaining to be returned at end of stay.
