I currently have a studio in Ridgewood, Queens and am looking for someone to share part of the space. It is a storefront loft with a basement workshop. (Formerly this was a cutting room for the apparel industry.)

The space is approximately 1000sf with 8 ft ceilings. It has street access through sidewalk cellar door, an elevator lift and stairway to storefront. In general it is a large raw space that has been used by artists for well over a decade.
