Hi all, I'm renting out my room for the remainder of the contract as I'm moving in with my partner. The contract is until July 31st with the option to renew should you want to stay.

The room is large, able to fit a king size bed with enough space for a desk as well as TV/extra storage if needed. It has a large walk in closet with built in shelving, and an en-suite with shower and separate tub (with jets!).

The house is a 5BR, 3 storey Brownstone with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, garden (which is shared with downstairs neighbors) and in-unit washer/dryer. The other roommates are a nice bunch in their late 20s/early 30s working in art and film, and 3 perfect cats.

5 mins from Nostrand A+C stop and about 15 mins from Bedford-Nostrand G stop the neighborhood is well connected, quiet and peaceful but a stones throw from a load of bars and restaurants with plenty to do.
