This is a commercial building with 24-hour access and freight elevator. Studio is on the 5th Floor. Mixed-use building with other artists and small businesses in a quiet but active environment.

The location is 1 ½ blocks from the F train - Jay Street station and not far from A/C at High St and DUMBO Ferry. Plenty of amenities nearby.
