We’re subletting our beloved Greenpoint apartment over Christmas and New Year – and it’s truly one of the best spots in NYC to watch the fireworks right from the balcony.

Minimum rental 2 weeks, up to 4 – the full length of time.

We live here full-time and have decorated the space with a lot of love. As designers and artists, we’ve filled it with plants, art, and thoughtful details that make it feel special.

The home is bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom, plus a private balcony overlooking the river and the Manhattan skyline. Light pours in all day, and every window has sweeping views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The location is unbeatable: the ferry is directly in front of the building (1 minute away), and the G train is two blocks away. Greenpoint is one of the most in-demand neighborhoods, full of amazing restaurants, bars, galleries, vintage stores, and walkable streets. Williamsburg and McCarren Park are an easy walk too.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, strong heating, and access to the building’s gym. We’re renting out one of the two bedrooms; the second will be closed with our things inside.

We’re not trying to profit – the sublet simply covers our rent while we’re away. Happy to share more details and chat in person.
