The apartment has a main living room, separate large bedroom, and kitchen. A 26" LED monitor + keyboard + mouse can be made available on a table/desk to use if needed for work.
There is only one other unit in the building which is below this apartment, so it is semi-private, and very quiet.

Minimum 1 week rental (7-night) at rate of $2,350. Cleaning fee is $250 per stay. For calendar month rentals, the rate would be $5,750. Refundable security deposits are required ($500 for weekly stays, $1,000 for monthly).
Pets Policy
Small dogs are OK, to be discussed and mutually agreed.
