Subleasing my beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Bushwick starting September 15. I can be flexible on the start and end dates, but looking for at least a 3-month commitment!

The apartment is located just around the corner from the L-Train stop on Dekalb Avenue. You can get to Union Square in the city in 20 minutes, and nearby there are tons of great food and bar options within walking distance.

And if you're into nightlife or just want to explore what the underground has to offer, you're in great luck: you can get to popular Brooklyn night spots like Basement, Nowadays, and House of Yes very easily.

But if you're not into nightlife, do not fret! This apartment might be near the party, but it is not the life of the party. It's tucked away near a residential neighborhood and very well insulated so you don't deal with any noise!

Both bedrooms come fully furnished with a bed, linens, shelves, desk+chair, small dressers, and lots of closet space.

I typically only sublease my spare room (so that's what's pictured here), but can provide pictures and videos of the larger, main room as requested!

You'll have floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment. There's also a large balcony off the living room. Lots of light!

There's a large bathroom with a tub, glass doors, and plenty of mirrors and storage space. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a dishwasher, and all modern appliances ready for you to use.

The apartment's on the 5th floor of a building with a reliable elevator. There's a laundry room located on the 2nd floor in the building as well.

I've really loved this home. It and the neighborhood have been so good to me these past few years. I'm just excited to take a little break from NYC to travel!

This place is perfect for travelers, students, working professionals, couples, and anyone who just needs a place to get started in the city.
