Our home is very warm and mellow, lovely balance of spending time in and out of the house -- both roommates work daytimes out of the home, so most overlap is in the evenings or on the weekends.

Our home is very well maintained and includes a dishwasher, washer + dryer, amble kitchen appliances -- celiac friendly!, outdoor space, and a bathroom which you would share with one other roommate, as one roommate has their own.
