Two bedrooms are currently open for short or long term sublet in my apartment that is a three bedroom- i currently live here! Subletting through the rest of summer and into fall if it aligns is ideal but super down with shorter term stays (by weekly price) is great too.

The apartment is located within Krotona, a historic complex built in the 1910s and one of the area’s earliest structures. The unit retains much of its original charm while benefiting from thoughtful renovations, including a new refrigerator, updated toilet, and other modern conveniences. On-site amenities include a washer, dryer, and a shared pool.
