about the apartment: lovely two story unit, two bedrooms on the first floor along with kitchen, bathroom (shared), and dining room. upstairs is living room and working space as well as lots of plants!

spot is off montrose on the L, off broadway on the JMZ, and off lorimer for the G train - you can use Brooklyn Tree (restaurant) as a point on maps if you want to compare work commutes.
