Hi! I’m subletting my apartment in Williamsburg for part of November and/or December.
Dates are flexible, with a minimum stay of 15 days.

Priority for someone who loves animals — ideally you’d care for my sweet cat during your stay, but I’m open to arrangements without her as well. I'll discount $200 for the monthly stay for the pet care if a person is approved.

The apartment is a cozy, fully furnished 1BR on the 5th floor of an older walk-up building. It’s well-located and ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, temporary home with a warm atmosphere.

$3,950/month (includes rent, internet, and all utilities - no laundry on location)

Flexible dates: mid-November to end of December — other dates negotiable

Must be responsible and tidy — no parties or guests

I'm a fashion designer recently moved to this Williamsburg apartment. I set it up with care and love the calm, welcoming feel it has. I’ll be traveling for part of November and December and am looking for someone responsible and respectful to stay while I’m away. If you’re good with cats, that’s a plus — mine is sweet and low-maintenance, but I’m also open to subletting without her.
