Apartment comes with gated parking, on site laundry, friendly neighbors, a/c and wifi. Technically, this is a 2 bedroom with the second bedroom acting as an office. You're also welcome to my bike, surf board, and possible access to a 3d printer.

Cost is $1800 for the month (Aug 1st to August 31st) plus a $1000 refundable security deposit.
