Seeking a 1-month furnished sublet in NYC (Sept 10–Oct 10) for two professionals (startup + therapy) in our late 20s/early 30s.

I’m from Germany and my girlfriend is from France. We’re both responsible, tidy, and have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in the last years for extended stays and take great care of the places we stay in (happy to provide references!)

We’re looking for a comfortable, quiet, well-furnished apartment. Details and thoughtful touches are appreciated!

Open to Brooklyn, Manhattan (ideally below central park, but we're open).

We'll spend a lot of time near Soho & Williamsburg so we'd like to have convenient transportation to it.

Ideally 1 / 2BR, studio ok.

We both grew up with pets and are more than happy to sit your cat / dog / plants! :)
